Peninsula Catering at Redwood City is a full-service, off-premise catering company owned by Javier Perez Negron and Jose Galvan.  It was created to fulfill the need for a caterer in the South Bay Area who specialized in mouthwatering food at great prices.

Our kitchens prepare the highest quality cuisine from an extensive menu selection. From appetizer through dessert, we can create a menu that uniquely fits you and your budget.

All our food is placed in Chafing Dishes (all hot food) or elegant platters and we provide a garnished set up and linens (for the buffet tables where we display our food) so it has a striking visual effect as well.
