FAQ's
How is your food displayed?
our food is priced individually both for accounting and production purposes, but it is displayed buffet style by default (we do offer sit-down and passed food options as well). All hot food is kept warm in chafing dishes, and cold foods are displayed on platters. Our standard presentation is very professional-looking, and we are sure it will create a great impression on your guests. Upscale displays and theme set ups are also available at a charge.

What is your minimum to order?
As a general rule, the minimum to order is of 10 PER KIND, though there are a few exceptions, such as some afternoon packages (our ice cream extravaganza is offered for parties of 50 and up) and a few appetizers (such as the dim sum delight, offered at 20 orders and up).

Do you set up or just drop off?
Our drivers will leave every catering event ready to be enjoyed! A beautifully-arranged display to include a linen to cover the surface, tongs, spoons, and serving utensils will be set up for you, and we will later come back to retrieve the equipment (paper products, and any other rental needed is available at a fee). We also offer the option to hosted events, and have a staff of experienced servers, bartenders, chefs and sous chefs available.

What is your delivery fee?
The standard delivery fee (during business days/ business hours) for parties smaller than 50 is of $20.00 in Redwood City, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Atherton, San Carlos, Burlingame, and surrounding areas. $35.00 for Los Gatos and San Jose, and $60.00 and up for some other cities in the Bay Area.  

What are your hours of operation?
Though our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00pm, our standard catering hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (any delivery requested before or after such hours are available at a fee); weekend and holiday orders are available by appointment only.

What are my payment options?
We accept credit cards (American Express, Visa, or Master Card) or check payments. We are committed to establishing long-lasting business relations, and offer you the option of opening a House Account, by which you can enjoy payment by invoice, and lower rates (Corporate Menu). For first time users, or to book events over one thousand dollars, a 50% deposit is required to save the date.

How early do I need to contact you prior to the event?
The earlier the better, but since we are an established corporate caterer, we can try to accommodate your order up to a business day prior to your event.

Do you offer insurance?
We offer high liability insurance to all of our customers, with coverage in different areas:
Commercial general liability (1M per occurrence; 2M general aggregate)
Workers comp (1M)
Automobile Liability (1M)


Do you offer bar services?
Yes, we are one of the very few catering companies with full liquor license to operate in situ. In addition to our license to operate, our bar services are insured for two (2) million dollars.

Do you offer anything aside your corporate menu? 
Absolutely! If you don’t see anything you would like to order, we can certainly try to accommodate for it (there are very few restrictions, such as kosher menus). We are passionate about food and new items are a welcome challenge.

We started a decade ago, and have worked hard to become one of the top caterers in San Francisco and the Bay Area, highly experienced in all kinds of catering events, ranging from 10 people to well over 1,000
